We provide machinery and complete production lines required aimed to manufacture round cans in any type and diameter, up to length of 400mm.
    To produce round cans these processes are needed to be followed as bellow: Firstly the plate which appropriated with suitable dimen. by cutting body sheets and strips with guillotine shear is curled and for the purpose of giving cylindrical shape to the body before seam welding operation by Automatic Rolling Machine. Seam welding of the tin plates process is to be completed by Seam Welding Machine, Conical Expanding Machine is aimed to give conical shape to the body as a next step. After flanging operation for bottom and top within Flanging Machine next step for the seaming operation of round body which designed as its purpose. obtained with Pail Seaming Machine
    We also provide spot welding machines, ear dies and ears to make pails with handles. The beadings and the conical shape of the pail are designed according to your dimensions. Conical shape of the pails supply the economical transportation and to store them easily as they would be able to replace on the top of the other.
    In addition, we provide you full-automatic or semi-automatic lid production lines with Automatic Press, Lining Machine and Drying Machine.
